Eastleigh Barton is a family owned working farm, peacefully set in beautiful Devon countryside. As a guest here you will be staying in the farmhouse, which dates back to the 16^th Century, and still retains some lovely original features.

All the bedrooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, with en-suite shower-rooms, television, and tea and coffee making facilities. We have a suite available with two adjoining bedrooms and shower-room, ideal for families wanting a little more space or a separate room for the children.

Guests are welcome to walk on the farm (please bring your wellies in winter!), or relax in the walled garden. We are situated between Bideford and Barnstaple, with Bideford town, Instow beach, and the Tarka Trail easily accessible. There are several beautiful gardens, including RHS Rosemoor, and National Trust properties within easy reach, and many of our guests even take a day to visit the Eden Project.

All rooms are on a bed and breakfast basis, at £18.00 per person per night, with price reductions for children. This includes a full English breakfast, but with a little notice we will try to cater for any special requests!
